Client-centricity in modern conditions acts as the core of customer relationships. Within the framework of public administration, this term began to be used not so long ago. The modern management system at the level of state and municipal authorities is aimed at maximizing the satisfaction of public needs and creating a high level of quality of life. The article considers the client-centric approach as a modern model of public administration, focused on creating sustainable value for the client. Its differences from customer orientation are described, the advantages for business and government are identified, and the risks and limitations of implementation are identified.
