The importance of studying this topic is due to the fact that the modern world is becoming more tolerant and observant in relation to the individual characteristics of the employee. The emergence of remote personnel positions is a convincing proof that humanization and anthropocentric trends in the field of human labor are now emerging in industrial relations. In turn, such treatment became the reason for creating a more favorable profession for people who need comfortable working conditions, or rather, remote activities. The article examines the disadvantages and advantages of remote work in figures and diagrams, based on the analyzed data, a forecast is made for the remote access market of the working environment in Russia.
