Digital customs is an urgent issue necessary to strengthen customs control and information exchange. Digital Customs interact with participants in foreign economic activity (FEA) through the extensive use of information and communication technologies (ICT). The article discusses the implementation of the concept of digital customs development, digitalization of customs control, features of tracking e-commerce data, etc. Electronic customs covers all the information that a foreign trade participant must submit digitally when making declarations. In many countries, electronic documents have replaced traditional paper processes, providing faster reporting, increased security and simplifying international trade. The EAEU aims to create a complete electronic system for declaring imports and exports by 2025. However, there are some difficulties associated with electronic customs clearance in various jurisdictions, where each system may have minor deviations in what exactly is required or how electronic documentation should be presented.
