The experimental immunological substantiation of the possibility of alloplant biomaterial use for fractures with delayed consolidation and pseudoarthroses of long bones has been made. The possibility has been demonstrated to optimize reparative osteogenesis and hasten fracture healing by introducing a mix of grinded alloplant material for scleroplasty and autoblood into the medullary canal of the involvement zone and into pseudoarthrosis area.
