Precarization of labour relations

The article discusses precarization of labour relations as a negative phenomenon in the social and economic life of the society. The consequences of informal employment are investigated. Studying the phenomenon of labour relations the author considers such its sources as outstaffing, freelance and others. The analysis has revealed the tendencies, which affect the formation of employment forms in the future.
