Preliminaries in the activities of vocational education system organizations

The effective functioning of the company is impossible without qualified personnel. The current state of the labor market actualizes the issues of personnel recruitment, especially in certain areas. Quite often there is a need for headhunting at the stage of their vocational training, in consequence of which raises the matter of cooperation between the employer, the university, and the student. The authors considered the approaches to the definition of “recruitment” and “preliminaries”, assessed the activities of the department for interaction with employers of one of the universities in Yekaterinburg, presented proposals for improving the functions of this department. The study found a low awareness of students about the department's opportunities to interact with employers. Recommendations for active use of bots on the university website are formulated, which should increase the attractiveness of university services among the youth. The research methods are represented by the content analysis of documentary sources, questionnaire survey.
