In work problems of creation the displacement converters for work in cryogenic external environment are described. Advantages of fiber-optical converters in the solution of a problem are described. For creation the converter some designs of sensitive element are offered, for realization the secondary converter it is offered to use the fiber interferometric scheme with retroreflection. Result of work are positional characteristics of displacement converters.
