Long-term economic transitions in Russia arouse interest of domestic science and practice of management in foreign and own experience of improvement of training modern experts in any field of activity for achievement of efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises (organizations) and territorial educations. In this regard preparation of magistracy like a new form of education holds a specific place in the modern state policy of the Russian Federation. To achieve certain success in the modern world, it is necessary to get qualitative-good education. Management and economic education can be a priority. To create interest in these disciplines among students it is necessary to use innovative approaches to the teaching methods of such disciplines as management and economics. Teacher personality and teaching methods and techniques are of great importance. Today economics and management teacher is expected to apply active and interactive methods of training. In this rate the students will analyze and comprehend the contradictory processes of the market through the cognitive activity.
