Crimes against military service in foreign countries

The article analyses the criminal law and criminal procedure law in the foreign developed countries. The article reveals features of soldiers' criminal responsibility for the crime against military service and prosecution for such crimes. The author describes the practice of distinct law developing to regulate the criminal defence of the soldiers.
