Criminal technology character: problems of conceptual and legislative definition

The article is of a staged nature and contains a substantiation of the relevance of the problems of historical and legal education and the modern correlation of conceptual categories of man-made crimes and their legislative recognition in the norms of criminal law and the relevant provisions of the science of sensory law. The article critically evaluates the domestic experience of legislative regulation of ensuring technological safety from the point of view of counteracting socially dangerous technological factors, which form the basis of the criminalization of technical negligence. When writing a scientific article used such methods of scientific knowledge, such as historical and legal, comparative legal and method of analyzing documents. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the complex, inter-sectoral socio-legal and scientific-technical nature of man-made crimes constitutes an independent object of unlawful encroachment, as well as the subject matter of the relevant legislative regulation and conceptual and categorical characteristics.
