Offender and victim as elements of crime: a criminological analysis

The article analyzes the long-standing idea of studying the relations that develop, develop or arise situationally between the criminal and the victim, causing their interaction, the energy of which enters the system of determination of the crime, playing a dominant role in it . The main approaches and methods of studying this problem are considered as the leading elements of research technology, including the system-synergetic approach and criminological-analytical analysis . The solution of the main task of the study is being implemented, which consists in the optimization of criminological thinking, methodological understanding of the subject of research through analytical analysis and the use of its possibilities for a detailed consideration of the main subjective qualitative elements integrated into the system of criminogenic and victimogenic determination of crime . The author suggests the need for a criminological study of non-victim behavior in order to use the acquired empirical knowledge in the development of specific measures of multilateral victimological prevention .
