Juvenile delinquency: concept, characteristics, types

The article deals with juvenile delinquency in the national and regional aspects. The freely available statistical data on juvenile delinquency made it possible to conduct its criminological analysis in modernconditions. The subject ofthe studyis statisticaldata on the levelof juveniledelinquency in Russia, as well as regulatory legal acts and federal legislation. The main purpose of the study was to study the state of juvenile delinquency in modern society. The research methodology consists of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, induction and private scientific methods of comparison and comparison of data on the state of juvenile delinquency. In conclusion, the author draws conclusions based on the results of the analysis.
