Crime: deviantological interpreting and new features of postmodern society

The article considers crime as a form of a negative deviance. The great variety of Russian and foreign approaches to a crime definition are given as well as the socialization of crime definition as a feature of society. Within the postmodern analysis of criminal acts the crime is described as a social construct, recursive product. The new features of crime in the era of postmodern are shown on the basis of its deviantological interpreting.
