Criminal infringements on and/or using personal data: statistics and analytics

The article presents an analysis of statistical and analytical data in the field of statistical accounting of crimes committed against or using personal data. Conclusions are made about the growth of cybercrime against the background of low detection of such crimes, as well as the need to improve the directions of statistical accounting of their condition and dynamics.
