Claim as a means of consumer protection

Resume: This article discusses the concept of a claim as a means of protecting consumer rights. The issue of the need to introduce a mandatory claim procedure for resolving disputes was considered. Proposals have been formulated to make an apology to the law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
