Prevention of migration of graduates at a regional level

the problem of migration of young people inhabiting the territory of the Russian Arctic, goes to a new level. Analysis of statistical data for several years shows a tendency to strengthen the migration sentiment of this demographic group. This trend has not bypassed the Krasnoyarsk territory, the Northern territories of which are equated to the Arctic zone. The author makes an attempt to analyze the state of the system of state regulation of employment of University graduates in the Krasnoyarsk region. Mechanisms of increase of efficiency of regulation of employment of graduates of higher education institutions in the region are defined.
