In the article, the authors consider the preventive methods that are relevant and in demand in the future, which can be applied in the framework of innovation management and are already used in other fields of management. The use of preventive research methods is most relevant in innovation management, since it is this type of management that is associated with increased conditions of uncertainty and risk, but in case of successful implementation of the innovation, all costs will be covered. Therefore, if more accurate predictive information is available using the preventive methods described in the article, the number of successful implementations of innovations will be increased, which will have a fruitful effect on the company, increasing its profits, competitive advantage and position in the market.
