The issues of criminal responsibility for commission of the crime provided in Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The authors reveal the content of the objective aspect of the investigated corpus delicti; on the basis of judicial practice analysis they lay down the theoretical statements meant for the right legal treatment of the guilty's actions.
