Formation of the climate agenda as a factor in global politics

The article analyzes the reasons for the emergence of the green agenda in the process of public administration. The author examines the mechanisms by which this factor has become significant in making managerial and political decisions. The analysis of the process of institutionalization of the green agenda is carried out both in international institutions and in the commercial sector.
