Reasons and features of the commitment of theft by minors

The current state of juvenile delinquency in the Russian Federation causes great concern and concern among the population of the country. The article provides statistics of crimes committed by minors, it is noted that the number of thefts committed by minors remains at a high level. The phenomena, the joint actions of which give rise to juvenile delinquency, are analyzed. It is concluded that the priority of the subjects of prevention is the prevention of unlawful behavior of minors.
