The reasons of attractiveness and choice factors of employment of workers positions: expert evoluation

This article is based on a sequence of expert interviews, conducted in research project "Young Russian worker and his life strategies in terms of social and economic factors". The research is focused on major factors which guide young workers in their choice of employment positions during economic crisis and reasons of position attractiveness valued by experts. Despite traditionally highlighted factors (salary factor and etc.) other factors are marked and analyzed (the company stability, working conditions attractiveness, assistance in housing obtaining and etc.). The author underlines the creation of modern manufacturing plants (including joint ventures, foreign plants, in special economic zones as well) as a separate valuable factor of worker position of attractiveness among youth. The author in this case mentions certain regional features.
