The reasons for the increase of children with disabilities

In the last period of time in our country there has been a significant increase in the number of children with disabilities. The abstract presents statistical data on the health of children in our country. In the modern conditions of the Russian Federation, when the political, economic, social life of the country has undergone and continues to undergo a radical transformation, the solution of the problems of psychological and pedagogical support of children with disabilities becomes one of the priorities of the social policy of the state, and therefore, special attention is necessary to their education. After all, education gives this category of children not only knowledge, but also the possibility of their social adaptation.
