Conflict management and the correct choice of their resolution are an integral part of the personnel management system to improve the efficiency of the organization. The article examines the essence of the conflict as an essential condition for the existence of an organization. Attention is paid to the reasons for the emergence of conflict situations of their forms and types. On the basis of examples, the author considers the causes of conflicts, which represent the starting point for the possible brewing of contradictions in the internal organizational environment.
