This article discusses a variety of techniques for ensuring defect-free concreting of various transport facilities by the example of the construction of several bridge crossings in Russian regions. It is shown that with the introduction of proven computational and analytical techniques based on modeling of thermophysical processes formed in real time in a concrete mixture both during its heating and during cooling, in combination with the accumulated experience in the construction of such facilities, it is possible to ensure the receipt of a concrete structure of the required structural quality and operational reliability, taking into account the regulated terms of construction and applied to various operating conditions. The problems outlined in the article remain relevant in the current conditions, considering the gradual development of transport bridge construction in Russia, which has enormous strategic and geopolitical importance, including in the conditions of current foreign policy factors, and the search for ways to resolve it is not possible without proper consideration of the factor of temperature effects on hardening concrete, as the main structural material used in construction. The proposed methods made it possible to provide the required consumer properties of structures of the specified type of different configurations, degrees of complexity for construction, as well as to withstand the established deadlines for the construction of facilities in the Crimea, Togliatti, other Russian regions and cities, and will find application in the construction of other similar facilities both in our country and abroad.
