Pronunciation of sound [ц] on Russian as a foreign language

One of the important tasks of a teacher of Russian as a foreign language is to develop skills of pronunciation and perception of Russian sounds. Foreign students often face the problem of articulation of the sound [ц]. The article gives a set of techniques for affricates using materials of textbooks on methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language and on speech therapy. The authors consider the methods of pronouncing the sound by means of imitation, using a sound-assistant based on tangible moments of articulation.
