Everyone knows how exercise has a positive effect on human health. Physical activity contributes to weight loss, normalization of pulse and pressure, is the first condition of health, strength, endurance of a person who has the right physique harmoniously combined with developed muscles. Already during the movement, processes begin leading to the restoration of a state corresponding to the homeostasis of rest, functional and structural changes occur, allowing further minimizing the disturbance of the internal environment under similar loads. Physical exercises strengthen bones, ligaments, muscles, which become stronger, resistant to stress and injury. Sports training is carried out in a comprehensive pedagogical process and is implemented taking into account the healthy lifestyle of students, which includes daily study and service, systematic exercise with proper recreation.
