Methods of lowering of aphid'S harmfulness on sunflower

There were studied influence of sowing terms of sunflower on intensiveness of colonization by aphids and control of aphids on sunflower in northern zone of Krasnodar region. The data are resulted in the article. The difference between studied sunflower hybrids and varieties on intensiveness of colonization by aphids was not detected. Intensiveness of colonization of sun-flower sowings by aphids is increased from early sowing date to later sowing date. Insecticide konfidor, VRK (200 g l-1), applied in doze 1.5 l ha-1 showed the high biological efficiency - 90%. Yield of sunflower seed was significantly higher, in comparison with control, in variants with application of konfidor, VRK (200 g l-1), 1.5 l ha-1, and bi-58 novy, KE (400 g l-1), 1.4 l ha-1.
