Techniques and methods for the development of components of pedagogical competence of parents of younger adolescents, taking into account the gender approach (according to the experiment 2014-2021)

The article presents the results of the analysis of the experience of the implementation of the program for working with parents of younger adolescents "Consent" in the framework of a secondary school. The program is aimed at developing the components of pedagogical competence of parents of younger teenagers. The experiment conducted in 2014-2021 confirms the need to determine the type of masculinity / femininity in fathers and mothers of students of general education organizations and to take into account the gender characteristics of parents when working on the development of components of their pedagogical competence. As part of the experiment, four groups of mothers and four groups of fathers were identified, with different views and approaches to the upbringing of daughters and sons (traditional father, absent father, new father, responsible father, traditional mother, working mother, absent mother, ideal mother. Experimentally, the dependence of the formation of the level of development of the components of pedagogical competence of parents of younger adolescents on the type of their masculinity / femininity was established. As a result of the ascertaining experiment, experimental and control groups of parents were formed. The participants of the experimental group for five years (the time of the children's education in secondary school) worked together with the children in the framework of the "Consent" program. The program included various areas of work aimed at developing the components of pedagogical competence of parents of younger adolescents, implemented through forms and methods with a gender approach. The final experiment showed the growth of all components of the pedagogical competence of parents of younger adolescents. The forms and methods of work, selected taking into account the type of masculinity / femininity of fathers and mothers, increase the effectiveness of work on the development of components of pedagogical competence.
