On passing candidate examinations when attaching

In article the regulations of federal and local level regulating attachment questions for passing candidate examinations are analyzed. The conclusion that the attachment for passing candidate examinations has to be carried out on a gratuitous and not contractual basis and doesn''t assume obligatory preparation for passing candidate examinations in the organization is drawn. The attention to inadmissibility of inclusion in the list of the documents demanded from the attached persons, such documents which burden them is paid and aren''t necessary for examination.
