Application of the acmeological approach to the problem of formation of professional motivation of the military personnel of the Russian guard

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problem of professional motivation formation of the servicemen of the Russian Guard on the basis of the application of the acmeological component of practical activity. The main attention in the work the authors focus on the exceptional need to introduce elements of the process of forming professional motivation into the system of military professional training of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the views of researchers on the problem of the acmeological orientation of the process of formation of professional motivation and the influence of the connecting elements of the professional motivational sphere on the system of training military specialists. As a research task, the authors determined an attempt to assess the degree of influence of the acmeological system of positions and principles, which allows expressing the methodology of a general scientific view, on the personality of a serviceman of the National Guard during the periods of formation, military training and further military service; to study the factors specific to the chosen profession that affect the subject of military professional training and contribute to the satisfaction of the needs for self-development, self-improvement and the achievement of professional success. The authors reveal the key principles and functions of the acmeological approach, which are implemented in the studied problem of the formation of professional motivation of the military personnel of the National Guard.
