Application of axiological approach in the knowledge of law

Using the axiological method is basically doing value measurement. Therefore, in the article, first of all, the value measurement and its related concepts are sorted out, and then the active role of value measurement is analyzed and the boundaries of value measurement are considered, to clarify basic application ideas of the axiological method, and then in detail analyzing the practice of axiological methods in legislation and judiciary, and finally comprehensively considering the development path of axiological method.
