The article discusses the technology and mechanisms for the use of anti-crisis communication technologies in commercial organizations. It has been established that the basic principles of public relations can be successfully implemented in the management of commercial companies, both in a crisis situation and in the promotion of goods and services of that companie. The authors note that the development of strategic plans for crisis situations, including the introduction of special PR teams into the work and their integration into the overall management process, will make it possible to better cope with crisis events. Also, in the work is a possible examples of anti-crisis technologies in commercial organizations.
