Transosseous osteosynthesis in treatment of a patient with humeral Ewing sarcoma

A successful treatment of a patient with Ewing sarcoma of the humerus with the help of the Ilizarov fixator use and bone defect filling with a free autograft is demonstrated in the work. However, taking the indications into consideration in patients with bone sarcoma the method of transosseous osteosynthesis and autografting should be only used after the preliminary stage, which consists in tumor radical and ablastous resection with the applicable complex of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.
