Adaptation and mentoring are one of the key elements of personnel management in modern organizations. These processes cover the organization of practices and internships, employee training, training of young specialists and managers, etc. In the context of digital transformation, adaptation and mentoring acquire new content, because they are largely based on digital tools. The article considers the experience of implementing the corporate system "Adaptation and Mentoring" developed at Gazprom transgaz Tomsk LLC. The implementation of this system resulted in a significant improvement in employee retention rates, a reduction in the time frame for their professional adaptation, and an increase in the level of involvement in thecorporate culture. Digital solutions and tools made it possible to solve the problem of organizing and monitoring business processes in the context of the company's vast geography of operations. The considered case of Gazprom transgaz Tomsk LLC expands the oretical ideas regarding the effective organization of adaptationand mentoring processes, and can also be used by other Russian organizations to improve the efficiency ofpersonnel management.
