The use of remote information and telecommunication technologies to interact with experts and specialists in crime detection and investigation

In modern Russia, the use of information and telecommunication technologies during the criminal cases’ investigation is becoming increasingly relevant, including process of the investigator’s interaction with non-departmental forensic experts and specialists. This circumstance requires a careful legislative approach, because, on the one hand, the use of remote communication methods contributes to a faster solution of tasks facing the investigative body, on the other hand, it is necessary to remember the unconditional observance of guaranteed procedural rights and obligations of all participants in criminal proceedings.
