The article discusses the application of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ “On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities” in 2018. The main changes entered into force on 12/31/2017 and 07/01/2018 are presented. Proposals to improve transparency, competitiveness and efficiency of public procurement are given.
