Application of pheromone traps on the spring rapeseed for the account of diamondback moth

The strategy of an effective protection of spring rapeseed is concluded in the timely detection of imago diamondback moths on fields. The use of pheromone traps is reliable, allowing to control the moment of pest appearance and its numbers. The aim of our research was to study the activity of the pheromone of the diamondback moth on various dispensers to account dates of appearance and numbers of this phytophage. We installed the pheromone traps in sowings of spring rapeseed varieties Galant and Ruyan in the phase of stem extension. They were standing in sowings till ripening and harvesting of spring rapeseed. After accounts of 2017-2018 we founded that there are butterflies of the diamondback moth of the 1st and 2nd generations in the spring rapeseed sowings. Under the conditions of 2017, males of the diamondback moth were caught in pheromone traps with all tested dispensers. Catching butterflies was more intensely trapped with the dispenser F, the smallest one when using the dispenser Rt (white)...
