Application and use of self-insurance techniques in the practical activities of police officers

The article discusses the ways of applying and using self - insurance techniques in the operational and service activities of police officers, which will minimize the level of injuries, both in force counteraction and in the performance of service and combat tasks. The author pays special attention to the techniques of safe falls, as well as ways of their application in various directions. As a result of the analysis, the author proves the need to study the methods of falling due to the high level of injuries and the low level of application in practice by employees of the internal affairs bodies. The activities of the employees of the internal affairs bodies are connected with the daily performance of official duties in extreme conditions. The employee has to detain offenders, ensure the safety of life and health of citizens while performing official tasks.
