The use of information technology as a factor in improving the competitiveness of a hotel enterprise in conditions of instability (in the example of the Syrian Arab Republic)

The concept of competitiveness of hotel enterprises is considered. The factors affecting the level of competitiveness of hotel services are described. The role of information and communication technologies in enhancing the competitiveness of hotel enterprises is shown. The vision of the strategy to be applied in Syria to improve the competitiveness of the hotel business has been identified and substantiated.
