The article analyzes the possibilities of using marketing tools in small businesses to improve their performance. The classical marketing organization scheme is presented - the 4P complex, which contains a commodity, price, substantive and communicative policy. In conclusion, the author gives reasonable measures to improve the efficiency of using marketing tools by small businesses.
