Application of process approach tools in the allocation of responsibility in the organizational structure of management of a knowledge-intensive manufacturing enterprise

This article presents an analysis of the key problems in planning the activities of a knowledge-intensive manufacturing enterprise, examines the limitations that prevent the implementation of plans, justifies the use of a process approach in the distribution of functionality and responsibility by elements of the organizational structure of management of a knowledge-intensive manufacturing enterprise, provides an example of the use of business process modeling tools in planning the activities of a pilot plant, including: analysis of the main elements of the process, the formation of basic requirements for the business process, the development of a roadmap for the implementation of the business process, the creation of a process model in BPMN notation, as well as the creation of a responsibility distribution matrix.
