Application of an integrative approach "schema therapy" in dysfunctional states

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the use of integrative schema therapy as an effective method of treating various dysfunctional state. The relevance of the problem is justified, data on current research in the field of schema therapy are provided, the main provisions and mechanisms of the impact of this method when working with clients are described. Special attention is paid to the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to the use of schema therapy for various types of mental pathology and the analysis of the results of a study conducted among clients with various psychological disorders. Conclusions are presented regarding the prospects for further development and implementation of this method into clinical practice.
