Using interactive forms of education in elective courses through the example of the topic “Matrixes”

The article describes some examples of using interactive forms of teaching Mathematics in schools. Interactive forms are very useful for teaching elective courses, being used as an instrument that helps to increase student's activity. We chose the topic “Matrixes” which is not compulsory in a secondary school; more often students study this topic as an elective course. Several economic applications of matrixes are presented in the article.
