The use of JITT technologies in the adult education system

The essential elements of the system of adult education are represented. The adragogical training model from the point of view of modern requirements is presented. The methodological framework of the concept of continuing adult education in the Russian Federation is described, from the point of view of application technology, methods and techniques of adult education, which allows at first, to consider the principles of adult education, and secondly, to describe the process of adult education. Remote forms of training are marked, allows to learn a different depth of material. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the professionals of the education system, which implies that only 25% are familiar with the concept of “andragogy”. In accordance with this, technologies are analyzed that are based on understanding of the characteristics of adult learners and the specifics of their use in the adult education system.
