The paper assesses the possibilities of using corporate social networks inimplementing socio-psychological management methods. It was found that corporate socialnetworks can help increase staff productivity and create a favorable socio-psychological climatein the team. The organization of a corporate network is associated with a number of limitationsand risks, which complicates the creation of networks in individual companies.
