The article analyzes different approaches to building an effective marketing policy of the enterprise of sphere of services and application of tools for realization of the tasks set by the enterprise in the new economic environment. The tools is aimed at solving problems related to the functioning of the enterprise in the development and implementation of promotional strategies in a competitive environment on the example of beauty salon "Elena".
