The use of administrative restraint in the sphere of trafficking in radio-electronic equipment

The article analyzes the legal and psychological aspects of the militia using measures of administrative restraint in the said sphere. The author proposes a classification of administrative restraint measures in the sphere of radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices according to the method of crime prevention, special subject the radio frequency range used by unlawful radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices. The article considers the psychological aspects of the militia using measures of administrative restraint in the researched sphere.
