Application of the measures of restraint which aren’t connected with imprisonment under the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation

On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation the system of the measures of restraint which aren’t connected with imprisonment has been considered. Concepts and an order of purpose of recognizance not to leave and appropriate behavior, the personal guarantee, observation of command of military unit, supervision for the minor suspect or the defendant, pledge, house arrest are lit. In a final part an assessment of efficiency of application of the measures of restraint which aren’t connected with imprisonment is given.
