Hierarchy analysis method application while alternatives assessing of different motor fuel utilization in the region

The article focuses on issues of uninterrupted supplies of motor fuel for transport in Kostroma Oblast in compliance with current ecological, social, administrative, financial and other restrictions. On the basis of «tree of objectives» of regional fuel provision system and hierarchy analysis method the authors estimate prospects of alternative fuels utilization. According to the authors, it is reasonable to use the achieved results while defining strategic optimization directions of fuel supplies for transport in the region.
