Maximum likelihood method application to signal processing in digital information exchange systems

Бесплатный доступ

This article describes the digital communication systems relevance and the signal manipulation role in these systems. It is noted that the problem of determining the received signal in such systems is considered as the problem of determining the estimates of the modulated signal parameters. The solution of such a problem is considered based on a signal with quadrature manipulation. Using the Rao- Kramer theorem, the calculation of the estimates of the parameters of the received signal is derived. The processing of such a signal in real conditions, in situations where the noise is colored, is also explained.
